Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by:

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy for Personal Hygiene Products

Due to the nature of our products as personal hygiene items, returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Unopened Products: Full refund available within 30 days of delivery if the product remains unopened in its original sealed packaging
• Opened/Used Products: Non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, except for defective or damaged items (see section 6.2)
• Changed Your Mind: If you change your mind after opening the product, we cannot accept returns due to health and safety regulations

6.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If your Travel Butty arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used. This includes:

• Products that arrive broken or damaged in shipping
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Products that do not function as described
• Products with missing parts or accessories

To request a replacement or refund for damaged/defective products:

1. Contact us at support@travelbutty.net within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue
3. Include photos of the product and any defects or damage
4. We'll review your request and provide a resolution within 2 business days

6.3 Unopened Product Returns

To return an unopened product:

1. Contact us at support@travelbutty.net within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll verify the product is unopened and provide return shipping instructions
4. Ship the product back in its original sealed packaging using a trackable method
5. Once received and verified as unopened, we'll process your refund

Return Conditions for Unopened Products:

• Product must remain in original sealed packaging
• All seals and tamper-evident packaging must be intact
• Original box and all accessories must be included
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

6.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of:

• Receiving and verifying your unopened return, or
• Approving your damaged/defective product claim

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns. For damaged or defective products, we will refund both the product cost and original shipping charges.

6.5 Return Shipping Costs

• Unopened Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Damaged/Defective Products: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Our Error: If we shipped the wrong item, we provide a prepaid return label

7. Product Warranty

All Travel Butty products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from accidents or dropping
